Instead of giving your customers links to your website, it's best practice to use Direct to Scheduler Links aka "Deep Links". These custom URLs will take your customer directly into different parts of your booking flow in the Scheduler on your website.

Example:

Set Up Your Direct Links:

  1. Add the below directly AFTER your website's URL to create your direct link
  2. Test link in web browser - it should open directly into part of the scheduler listed

Best practice is to use direct links on things like:

  • Email campaigns
  • SMS campaigns
  • QR codes on direct mailing, reminder magnets, etc.

**IMPORTANT NOTE** - If using the Icon view only the Repair link can be used. Direct Links are not useable if you are configured to use the Schedule Engine Router.
